It makes me sad when a way cool blogger that I loved to read has a baby, and then the blog turns into 100% baby pictures.
After about six months of nothing but baby pictures- truly, not a single non-baby post- I just deleted two blogs from my Google Reader.

Sucks.
That’s all.

I agree with you completely! I would do the same thing. And that one friend of mine on facebook who has to post daily baby bump pictures, she is about to go. “20 weeks and 3 days”. “20 weeks and 4 days”.
Enuf!

I know! I feel like a total snot, but unless I’ve got a foundation with that blogger (ie, through other non-baby posts) I feel like its just me looking at random baby pictures.

I hear ya! It does happen way too often. That’s why I never wrote about my pregnancy on any social networking site, b/c I still had friends who were still trying. I can understand how exciting reaching that milestone is, but I don’t think it’s an excuse to forget the rest of the women who were there to support you during your darkest times. Now, I have a blog to help other women navigate the world of IF (visiting from The2weekwait’s “Versatile Blogger Award” list).
